| | Downtown Condos | Oxford Place 51 Biltmore Avenue
Built
in 1891, the historic building now known as Oxford Place Condominiums
and home to 18 residences was originally Oxford Hotel and then a
furniture store and eventually a plumbing store. The developer kept or
replicated anything found during renovation in 2006 to retain as much
historic character as possible. The lofts are a mix of historic
architecture and modern amenities and each interior is
different.
The Oxford
Place Condos range in size from 826 - 2,076 square feet and offer 1, 2
and 3 bedroom units. Available Condos for Sale Click on each of the following links to view current availabilities for sale in the described locations.
