12 S. Lexington is a brand new mixed-use development currently under construction. Designed by Camille-Alberice Architects, P.A., the building is meant to respect the existing architecture in downtown Asheville. Once complete in 2008, the building will accommodate 2 commercial spaces, 43 residential condominiums, and 49 parking spaces for residents.
