12 S. Lexington is a brand new mixed-use development currently under final stages of construction. Designed by Camille-Alberice Architects, P.A., the building is meant to respect the existing architecture in downtown Asheville. Once complete in 2009, the building will accommodate 2 commercial spaces, 43 residential condominiums, and 49 parking spaces for residents. The building is now being occupied by residents.

12 S. Lexington Condos range in size from 626 square foot studios to 2,800 square foot penthouse units. There are a variety of bedroom and bathroom configurations: studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units.
